Genesee County Community Mental Health (GCCMH) has provided services to Genesee County residents for over forty years.  In Fiscal Year 2009, the network of providers operated or funded by GCCMH served 14,660 unduplicated individuals, with a total budget of about $130 million. Of the 14,660, 2,727 were served in both the mental health and substance abuse systems of care. The duplicated count in both systems was 17,387.
