Below you will find a listing of enhancements and fixes for CHIP.   Weekly changes are applied on Thursday evenings at 6:00 unless otherwise specified.  During updates, the system will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes..

Updates For Thursday, July 29th, 2010
  1. Payer Authorizations – The Payer Auth was not correctly reflecting Claimed and Billed units for authorizations with J-Codes. Also, the system was not finding and attaching a Payer Auth during the SAL sign/save. Both of these issues have been corrected.
  2. CPT/Authorization Lookup On SAL – The SAL has been updated to include the detail line showing the Effective/Expiration dates of the CPT code on the authorization.
  3. Release of Information – The Release of Information form has been updated with a new header and some verbiage on the printed document. Also, the address book lookup has been added to the release information section.
  4. New Menus – There are now menus for users to lookup invoices and see what payment requests are attached to them. Screens have also been added to allow end user IT to correct invoices and/or checks.
  5. SUD Admission Form Update - When adding a SUD Admission Form the race should be pulling in from the consumer demographics and it was not.  This has been corrected.
  6. LOC Change Request - You can now submit an LOC change request using via a changed signed document.

Updates For Thursday, July 22nd, 2010
  1. There was a problem reported that the checkbox for obtain consumer signatures, when checked, was not working.  This has been corrected.
  2. Two IPOS validation checks will be removed.
    1. No Input for IPOS exists or Input for IPOS signatures are not complete.
    2. All authorizations are not approved.

Updates For Thursday, July 15th, 2010
  1. IPOS Update - A LOC change request is now required as a part of the IPOS Meeting.
  2. The Discharge Summaries and Transition Plan links will be displayed for any discharged program regardless of the program expiration date.
  3. Authorizations will show the prior system (LWSI/OPSC) units used count.
  4. Authorizations will not require an IPOS for consumers with a level of care of MI-1 or DDA-1.
  5. ATP Client Signature - You can now capture the client signature on MH Ability To Pay forms.
