Clinical Risk Office Mission Statement:

The Clinical Risk Office will, through a systemic approach, seek to identify and correct areas of clinical risk exposure. The focus of the Clinical Risk Office in this endeavor is to:

2. Create an environment and culture of safety and protection so that the treatment process can maximize consumer outcomes.
