 Customer Services is here to assist you when: 

  • You are dissatisfied with your mental health and/or substance use services.
  • You need help with service choices or changing providers.
  • You are looking for information about the GCCMH Network.
  • You want help locating information about places to get help.
  • You are interested in participating in life skills groups and trainings that are both informative and fun.
  • You would like to borrow from our resource library, which is full of videos and pamphlets on a wide range of interesting subjects.
  • You need accurate information about GCCMH services provided in a professional, friendly manner.

Customer Services:
  • Does presentations to local organizations, distributes information throughout Genesee County, and participates in health fairs in the community.
  • Does follow-up surveys, evaluations, and provides a suggestion box in our lobby.
  • Always provides accurate information in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Has friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Groups and Trainings

Every month, Customer Services sets up free classes for GCCMH consumers. The subjects range from learning about your benefits and rights to healthy eating and anger management.

You are welcome to come to as many groups as you want!  Please call us at 810-257-3705 or send us a message if you want to come to a meeting.
