Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals Training Series Announced

The GCCMH Training Department is pleased to announce that contact hours specific to a Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals credential are now available on DVD during 2012.  Interested GCCMH staff, with supervisory approval, can register via the GCCMH Intranet training registration page. Providers can register via the OPSC.

August 31, 2012:  Professional, Legal, Ethical Issues in Addiction Treatment

September 28, 2012:  Theoretical Approaches in AODA Treatment

October 26, 2012:  Treatment Planning in Alcohol and Other Drugs of Abuse

November 16, 2012:  Criminal Justice Clients with AODA Issues

December 14, 2012:  Contingency Management with Clients with COD

If you have already received credit for one of these trainings (either live or on DVD), you cannot receive additional credit.

*Please note that all video sessions will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m., and NO partial credit will be given.
